Remember to activate your Course Alerts from your CPD Online account to keep updated and aware of new courses once they become available to book.
To ensure data accuracy we advise you double check the contact details provided on your CPD Online user account, particularly the email address and telephone number. This is very important since the majority of courses are delivered online. For assistance send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
For booked courses, we suggest to check your email spam or junk folders to avoid missing joining instructions and imporatant reading material prior to the event start date.
Line Managers on CPD Online:
If you are the Line Manager for your Establishment, please check staff user details under My Staff List for authorisation status and accuracy for the spelling of names and contact details for each staff member.
Please note when staff members leave your Establishment, instead of deleting their record you can archive by adding an end date. This enables access to training certificates.
