This NEW though-provoking training looks at how we can inspire, engage and motivate our boys to thrive. Looking at some of the latest neuroscience of play and nurturing we go on a journey into the mind of young boys and demonstrate the profound impact of positive adults in their development and well-being. Rather than imposing artificial constraints and failure thresholds we can work with the boy’s brains to give wonderful opportunities for emotional, cognitive and neurological growth. This course will provide information about children's physical development and how it affects the 'whole child'.
Do you ever wonder why some children can concentrate better than others?
Children's concentration, their experience of the world and understanding of themselves and their personality are all aspects that are related to their physical development.
The role of the environment is crucial in supporting children's physical development. This training will include information about why physical development is important and how this area of learning impacts the development of the 'whole child' and affects other aspects of learning such as reading and writing. The training course will cover information key physical skills and practical ideas to support these. On this training you will discover just how important children's physical skills are in relation to a child's overall learning.
This course is for all Early Years practitioners working with children from birth to four years.
